With 23 years of experience as a bartender, Mr. Koji Ematsuri opened the bar “SPIRITS BAR Sunface” in 2011, focusing on spirits as the concept. He has won various cocktail competitions, served as a seminar instructor, and launched his own spirits brand, dedicating his efforts to the development of the spirits industry in Japan.
