THEATER 010 offers the cuisine of GohGan, which is located on the 1st floor of 010 BUILDING.
GohGan is the teaming of two world-class chefs, Tsuyoshi Fukuyama and Gagan Anand, who have been selected as one of Asia’s Top 50 Restaurants multiple times.
Many of the dishes are unique French-based with Indian spices, offering exciting flavors you have never tasted before.
Goh Fukuyama
Chef and owner of “La Maison de la Nature Goh,” a starred restaurant in the Michelin Guide for Fukuoka and Saga. He is also a frequent recipient of the “Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants” award.
Gaggan Anand
Chef and owner of the legendary Indian restaurant Gaggan Anand. Four-time first runner-up in the “Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants” list.
THEATER 010 DRINK by – BAR 010 –
THEATER 010 serves drinks from the attached BAR 010.
BAR 010 is produced by Michito Kaneko, known as the world’s best bartender. In addition to authentic cocktails, guests can enjoy new menu items such as premixed cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails, which have not been widely accepted in Fukuoka until now.

Owner of the famous “LAMP BAR” in Nara, which is ranked in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2022. He has also won the world’s largest bartender competition.
