Manabu Ohtake
Manager and Chief Bartender of the Royal Bar and The Palace Lounge at the Palace Hotel Tokyo.
In 1994, he started his career as a bartender, and has been working in the hotel industry since then. In the same year, he represented Japan and won the world competition in New Delhi, India.
He has been creating innovative cocktails that incorporate global trends while continuing the tradition.
