BAR010’s monthly “Guest Shift Day” Vol 5 will be held in August, featuring two bartenders from Hong Kong who are Diageo World Class Champions. They will be invited to create and serve special cocktails for the event.

Jo Lo

In 2018, I began my career as part of the founding team of “Draft land” in Hong Kong. I have participated in numerous cocktail competitions and have a history of winning awards. In 2022, I became the champion at the World Class Hong Kong & Macau competition, and have been active both in Hong Kong and internationally. 

Birstacla

While still a student, I was inspired to become a bartender through my part-time job experience at a bar. After graduation, I worked at the famous bar “Penicillin” in Hong Kong.
