Yoshimitsu Obara
Owner of “CITADEL” in Fukuoka City.
While in college, he worked part-time at a restaurant, which awakened his interest in the restaurant business.
After entering graduate school and working as a part-time teacher at a high school, he started his career in the restaurant business in earnest at the age of 25, working at a café bar in Fukuoka. After retiring, he worked at a bar before opening CITADEL in April 2017.
Through the bar, he pursues to propose new values and lifestyles on a daily basis.
